VersaFlex VersaFlex VF 330 is recommended in new construction and cold weather applications.
Its extremely fast gel time makes it suitable for applications down to -20°F without special conditioning of the component resins and isocyanates. VF 330 produces an extremely tough film at all thicknesses. Single or multiple pass applications produce films from 10 mils to 1,000 mils without appreciable sag or runs.
Joint fillers such as VersaFlex VersaFlex’s Quick Mender® Repair Polymer are used for large warehouse flooring applications where forklifts and other heavy equipment can destabilize concrete floors. In these settings, fillers provide joint edge protection to extend the floor’s usable life. VersaFlex specifies fast curing, highly elastic fillers that are consistent with existing concrete substrates.
